Our asbestos survey services provide our clients with building inspections, sample collections, and a determination or confirmation of asbestos levels on site. Preliminary Design :  The preliminary design further develops concepts and crafts schematics based on the client’s requirements and budget

Design Development : Design development begins upon full vetting of the preliminary design to meet our clients’ minimal functional objectives with consensus to proceed with the preferred alternative.  

Construction Documents : Construction documents provided are working drawings and specifications as required by the local municipalities in order to obtain building permits.  The construction documents are included in requests for quotation packages to solicit representative bids from qualified contractors and subcontractors for fabrication, assembly, construction, and installation activities and deliverables.
